Expansion and inovation

More falafel, hummus and daal to the people! After establishing our initial concept, we found that we made a bullseye hit with ongoing mega-trends and our goal is to carry on riding that wave! 


In line with our environmental focus, we have extremely small amounts of waste in our first restaurant and this, in combination with our supply, enables one of the most environmentally friendly alternatives on the local market. This is a core concept that will continue to follow the business through upcoming restaurants.


Nutritious fast food made from scratch is of course another important aspect that will be key during our planned expansion to other cities. Automation and individually customized meals is a further innovation aimed to save both the planet and you!
